Poorman Stroganoff
This easy 20 minute recipe is great for a weeknight dinner!
Cook Time 20 minutes mins
- 1 pound ground burger beef,elk,venison
- 1 can Cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can (10.5oz) milk
- 2 tbsp Sour cream
- salt to taste
Brown the burger
Once the burger is browned, add the cream of mushroom soup and then fill the can up with milk and pour it in.
Let simmer for 5-10 minutes
Mix in 2 tablespoons of sour cream right before serving
Salt to taste
Serve over rice and enjoy!!
